Today’s Tiny Joy: Lunch With My Sister

Short post today, but didn’t want to skip the streak I’m trying to begin again after last week’s power outage.

Had lunch with my only remaining sibling, my sister who is 15 months younger than me. We live on opposite sides of the same city yet rarely manage to meet unless it’s for a holiday at our parents’ house 90 minutes away. We really should do this more often.

  1. My sister (17 years older than me) is no longer here. I miss her some thing fierce. We could go months without talking and then spend hours catching up. We shared the same sense of humor. We saw life pretty much the same way. And when one of us said, I gotta go, we both said goodbye and hung up. I miss her. Enjoy your sister.
